114 Market Street Lofts are located in the heart of Wilmington’s 230 block National Registered Historic District. Amidst the 19th century architecture of historic Wilmington, 114 Market Street Lofts are neighbors to a collection of popular restaurants, bars, cafes and retail shops.
Founded in 1739, Wilmington quickly became a thriving seaport. Today, the City of Wilmington is a popular destination for tourists and vacationers, with Downtown Wilmington and its mile-long River walk only minutes from Wrightsville Beach and other beautiful North Carolina beaches.
Each loft has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, king or queen-size beds, flat screen tv’s, DVD players, ipod/iphone docks and free wireless internet access.
